Features

The Ink Formulator is ideal for mixing colors, adding pigments such as glitters and fluorescents to bases and for assuring proper blending of reducers and other modifiers without altering their basic properties. Designed as an easy-to-use mixer for heavier viscosity inks and coatings, the Ink Formulator provides a system that allows screen and offset inks to be mixed in their original 1 liter to 30 liter containers.

Unique Design

  • Multi-directional turntable with adjustable locking clamps accommodate both metal and plastic containers
  • Rotates both clock-wise and anti-clockwise
  • Fixed & variable speeds
  • While reducing viscosity, turns the formulations up to 15,000 cPs into smooth, workable and ready-to-print ink

Flexible Mixing Blades

  • Special blade configuration provides gentle and thorough mixing by lifting and rolling without splash-up or air bubbles
  • Easy changeover – simple slide on and off between container sizes without tools.
  • Enable the bottom and sides of the container to be thoroughly mixed while preventing air pockets
  • Blend even with the ‘lift and roll’ movement – reaching ink that typically settles on the bottom and sides of containers.
